Need some help with the lancher

Hi

I am currently living in a sort of dormitory/hotell where the internet won't allow me to connect to the turbine launcher. It just trying over and over again. I know its not something with the computer, since the game works everywhere else than in the dorm.

I am guessing there is a firewall here that blocks the connection, but i am not 100% sure.

So i was wondering about if anyone have any good ideas about how i could get the game to connect?
